Rare antique British 958 Britannia Silver Art Deco Edwardian Sapphire Paste Stone Marcasite accented exquisite Bib Necklace
Featuring a beautiful delicate antique Art Deco late Edwardian 958 Britannia silver brilliant faceted Sapphire Blue Paste Stone accented with sparkling faceted Marcasite crystals. Necklace measures approximately 17”at 9.22 grams respectively. This dainty antique necklace is in excellent antique condition with functional C spring clasp, a beautiful oxidized patina with all stones intact and accounted for. Designed and handcrafted in England using 958 silver made from British coins, practice was used from the 16th to the 20th centuries. Stamped 958 on the reverse of connector. A wonderful find!
