Featuring a beautiful Pietra Dura vintage floral motif 800 silver statement Ring adorned with hand set mosaic stones seamlessly set together set in a floral motif. Ring is approximately size 5.5 at 3.7 grams respectively. Beautifully handcrafted piece, in excellent condition, a nice patina with all components intact. Stamped 800 on the inside of band.
Pietra Dura” means in Italian: “hard stone”.
The art of inlay work goes back to the 16th century, with precisely adapted fittings being laid, glued and sanded to a mirror-like finish
