Featuring a beautiful vintage signed Pat Cheney 1980s Sterling silver bib necklace adorned with gorgeous hand painted turquoise, lime green Enamel work set in decorative Art Nouveau style settings. Necklace is in excellent vintage condition with working clasp and is stamped 925 BPC on the reverse of center pendant. Measuring approximately 16 inches around with a .75 inch pendant drop respectively this is a superb piece, beautifully designed and handcrafted in Edinburgh, Scotland
